1. Customer Engagement:

2. Vehicle Sales:
Present vehicle models, features, and optional equipment clearly.
Arrange and supervise test drives for prospective buyers.
Guide customers through the entire sales process -- from inquiry to delivery.
3. Negotiation & Sales Closure:
Negotiate prices and financing options to finalize deals.
Ensure sales targets are achieved through proactive engagement and upselling.
4. Documentation & Administration:
Prepare and process sales contracts, invoices, and lease agreements.
Coordinate with the finance and registration teams for timely vehicle delivery.
Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
5. Follow-Up & Relationship Management:
Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and past customers.
Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Handle post-sale queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
