Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Promote the company's deep cleaning and sanitization services to potential clients. Conduct site visits, prepare quotations, and present tailored cleaning solutions. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms with customers. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction. Track sales performance and report regularly to management. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Requirements:



Proven experience in

sales

, preferably in

cleaning, facility management, or service industry

. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand customer needs and propose effective solutions. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Valid driver's license (preferred).

Education:



Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
