Market Expansion & Distribution
Identify and onboard new distributors and retail outlets in the assigned territory.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and display as per company norms.
Channel & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners.
Resolve distributor and retailer issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
Collections & Credit Control
Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors as per credit policy.
Monitor outstanding and follow up for recovery.
Market Intelligence
Gather and report competitor activities, pricing trends, and market feedback.
Suggest promotional activities or strategies to improve market share.
Reporting & Documentation
Submit daily/weekly sales reports and market updates to the reporting manager.
Maintain accurate sales data and documentation for audits and analysis.
Promotions & Brand Visibility
Execute trade promotions, merchandising, and in-store visibility drives as planned by marketing.
Coordinate with marketing teams for local promotional activities.
