Key Responsibilities
Develop new business and grow sales by acquiring retail outlets, Kirana shops, supermarkets, and distributors.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers (retailers, distributors).
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Manage order processing, follow-ups, delivery coordination, and payments.
Conduct market / competitor research to identify opportunities and gaps.
Provide product training and demonstrations to retail staff.
Collect market feedback, consumer insights, and report trends to management.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
Requirements / Skills
Bachelor's degree (preferably in business, marketing, or related field).
1 to 3 years of experience in FMCG / food products sales is preferred.
Strong communication skills in local language (Malayalam / English) and ability to converse confidently with retailers.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and good problem-solving ability.
Valid driver's license and own vehicle preferred.
Ability to travel across assigned territory frequently.
