Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and expand dealer/distributor network.
Meet contractors, architects, and builders to pitch roof tile solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct site visits and provide product demos.
Stay updated with competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
Requirements:
1-3 years of sales experience (construction materials/tiles/building products preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
