Role Overview



We are seeking a motivated and result-driven

Sales Executive

to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our turnkey engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and client visits. Present and promote QOT Engineering's services to prospective clients (banks, NBFCs, corporates, and other institutions). Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tenders in coordination with the technical team. Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management. Coordinate with the project and design teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements. Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM/other reporting tools.

Key Skills & Competencies



Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Knowledge of Civil, Interior, and Electrical project sales (preferred). Target-oriented with a proactive approach. Presentation and proposal preparation skills. Willingness to travel across project locations.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in construction/engineering/turnkey projects). Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for sales may also apply.
