Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Promote and sell the company's paper products to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations when required.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and report insights to management.
Handle inquiries, quotations, and negotiations in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer details, and follow-up activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
1-3 years of proven experience in sales (experience in paper or related industries will be an advantage).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
Willingness to travel locally as per business requirements.
