We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Sales Executive
to join our air conditioning showroom team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right air conditioning solutions. You will be responsible for driving showroom sales, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction from inquiry to installation.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable air conditioning products and solutions.
Explain product features, technical specifications, and pricing.
Prepare quotations and follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing deals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of air conditioning systems (split, ducted, VRF, etc.).
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets .
Coordinate with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth after-sales service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate customers.
Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Update and maintain sales records in CRM or internal systems.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years in retail or showroom sales, preferably in HVAC, electronics, or appliance sectors.
Education:
Degree in Sales, Marketing, or High school diploma or equivalent
Strong understanding of air conditioning systems and their applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Technical knowledge of HVAC & split products is a plus.
Experience in B2B sales or dealing with contractors/builders (optional).

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
