Sales Executive / Sales Associate - Footwear

Job Purpose:
To provide excellent customer service, drive sales, maintain store standards, and ensure customers find the right footwear product for their needs. The Sales Executive plays a key role in achieving store targets and creating a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service & Sales
Greet and approach customers in a friendly, professional manner
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable footwear options
Demonstrate product features and benefits (comfort, durability, style)
Handle objections and close sales effectively
Upsell and cross-sell complementary products (socks, insoles, shoe care products)
2. Store Operations
Maintain stock display and visual merchandising standards
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of shelves, trial area, and stockroom
Assist with stock receiving, tagging, and replenishment
Support in regular stock counts and inventory checks
3. Team Support
Coordinate with fellow sales staff to meet daily targets
Participate in morning huddles and training sessions
Share feedback on customer preferences and bestsellers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
