Key Responsibilities
? Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
? Present and promote company products/services effectively to prospective customers.
? Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and achieve assigned sales targets.
? Maintain records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM tools.
? Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies.
? Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
? Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
