About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team at CoreKraft. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, handling inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring a seamless sales process from lead generation to after-sales follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Handling & Initial Communication

Manage enquiries from multiple sources: Google SEO, calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and walk-ins.

Categorize leads based on quality and potential.

Professionally greet clients and introduce the company.

Collect detailed client information (Name, Organization, Segment, Quantity, Event Type, Date, etc.).

2. Client Consultation & Relationship Building

Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.

Share product catalogues and quotations promptly.

Follow up regularly with non-converted leads to maximize closure.

Save client numbers and encourage them to save yours.

Build long-term relationships via greetings on birthdays, anniversaries, festivals, and occasional broadcasts.

3. Order Confirmation & Process Coordination

Upon order confirmation, create a WhatsApp group with Sales Lead, Client, Accountant, Designer, Production, and Delivery teams.

Share sales order details, QR code, and bank details proactively.

Collect 70% advance payment and hand it over to the Accounts team.

Support other departments to resolve any client-related issues.

4. After-Sales & Feedback

Ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

Collect client feedback after order completion.

Encourage referrals and maintain positive post-sales engagement.

5. Market Research & Strategy

Identify competitor strategies and analyze market trends.

Share insights with management to support strategic decisions.

Suggest improvements in sales approach and client handling.

6. Internal Sales Coordination

Participate in regular internal sales meetings.

Review pipeline, pending follow-ups, and client feedback.

Collaborate with the team to improve conversion rates and client satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.

Good follow-up and convincing skills.

Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
