Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, conducting product demos, achieving monthly sales targets, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and generate new leads through market research, cold calling, and networking. Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Understand client requirements and propose suitable ERP, HRMS, or mobile app solutions. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth client onboarding. Prepare and maintain sales reports and pipeline updates.

Requirements



Proven experience in software sales (ERP, HRMS, SaaS, or mobile apps preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand client business needs and map them to solutions. Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
