Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused

Sales Executives

for our Kochi stores. The ideal candidate must have prior jewellery sales experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their jewellery needs and guide them through product selections. Demonstrate deep knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, designs, and trends. Achieve individual and store sales targets while building long-term client relationships. Handle billing, order management, and follow-ups with professionalism. Contribute to visual merchandising and ensure the showroom maintains premium standards. Stay updated with the latest jewellery industry trends and competitive offerings.

Requirements:

Mandatory:

2-4 years of experience in jewellery retail sales. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Ability to deliver a premium customer experience. Fluency in English and Malayalam; Hindi is an added advantage. A positive attitude, polished grooming, and passion for luxury retail.
