Job Description

We are urgently hiring Sales Executives who drives business growth by finding and converting new leads, building relationships with clients, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include lead generation through networking and cold outreach, conducting market research, presenting products or services, closing sales by negotiating contracts and pricing, and maintaining customer satisfaction through after-sales support. Key Responsibilities:



Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identifying new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking, social media, and market research.

Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Sales Presentations:

Presenting and demonstrating products or services to potential customers in a way that addresses their specific needs.

Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Market Awareness:

Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and performance using CRM software.

Customer Support:

Providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any product or service issues.

Goal Achievement:

Working towards and meeting daily, weekly, and annual sales goals and quotas.
Essential Skills and Qualifications

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital for interacting with clients and internal teams.

Sales Mindset:

A goal-driven attitude, strong persuasive skills, and a passion for sales are crucial for success.

Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and create a positive customer experience.

Negotiation Skills:

The ability to negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
