Role Summary:
We are seeking confident and enthusiastic
Territory Sales Executives (TSE)
to manage district-level territories, achieve sales targets, maintain dealer relationships, and ensure product visibility.
Freshers with a passion for sales and relationship management are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales and collection targets across all products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and onboard new partners.
Ensure proper product visibility and range selling in outlets.
Conduct workshops, product demos, and engage with contractors and local authorities.
Gather market insights and report competitor activities.
Use the company's Sales Management Application for daily reporting, sales, and collections.
Qualifications & Skills:
Fresh graduates or diploma holders welcome.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confidence and willingness to travel extensively in assigned territories.
Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of CRM or sales applications is a plus.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
