Job Overview:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and driving sales of our digital marketing services. Sales Executive - Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, visits, and networking.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Sales Presentations & Pitches
- Present products/services effectively to prospects and explain benefits.
Negotiation & Closing Deals
- Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve targets.
Market Research
- Analyze competitors, customer needs, and market trends.
Sales Targets
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain sales records, CRM updates, and prepare reports for management.
Customer Support
- Ensure post-sale follow-ups for customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Team Coordination
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams.
Continuous Learning
- Stay updated with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry updates.
Educational Qualification for Sales Executive
Minimum:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
Preferred:
MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Marketing/Sales Management for higher-level positions.
