Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The role involves generating leads, handling client interactions, conducting site visits, explaining project details, negotiating, and closing sales. The candidate should be target-driven, have strong communication skills, and preferably possess real estate/construction sales experience.

Responsibilities:



Generate and follow up on leads. Handle customer inquiries and site visits. Present project details, pricing, and payment options. Negotiate and close bookings. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:



Graduate in Business/Marketing or related field. 1-4 years of sales experience (real estate preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills.
