Sales Executive



Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales:



Greeting customers, offering personalized advice, helping customers find products that meet their needs and budgets, and closing sales.

Product Knowledge:



Maintaining in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of jewellery materials, designs, styles, pricing, and promotions.

Sales Targets:



Achieving individual and team sales goals by effectively recommending products and building rapport with clients.

Inventory Management:



Receiving new inventory, managing stock levels, reconciling shipments, and assisting with stock control and replenishment.

Visual Merchandising:



Ensuring displays are attractive, clean, and well-organized to create an engaging shopping experience.

Transaction Processing:



Accurately processing sales, returns, and special orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system.

Customer Relationship Management:



Building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Sales & Interpersonal Skills:



A passion for selling, persuasive communication, excellent listening skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Product & Industry Knowledge:



A deep understanding of jewelry, gemstones, materials, and current industry trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
