3. Enquiry Generatior: Generating 2 enquiries on daily basis and be responsible for keeping
commitmenls in a timely manner. Generate at least 40 Nos. of quality enquiries by conducting
displays, Field visits, Gioup demos, existing Customer lbllo.n up, Tele-calling, Genemting
refe.rals from other Employees ofBRD Group etc.
4. Enquiry Follow-up: Timely follow up of each enquiry generaled/referral received and recording
it. Feedback should be provided to the pe$on who provides you the referral properlv
5. Record Maintetrance: You are supposed to maintain DCR, Tracking cards, update your enquiries
r'n Team Leader's EBR plarner. A11 these records should be updaled daity. Tracking cards should
be kept in 3 fiies namely Closed, Live and Curent month.
6. Booking, Billing, Delivery: All the prospective enquiry Customers should be followed up
meticulously and conve(ed to booking. All booking cases should be followed up for their finance
anangement ,tnd get billed at the earliest. Aly part payment cases at the month end (Min I car
and Customer declaration is must) should be delivered by 15rn ofnext month.
