Key Responsibilities
Engage with walk-in customers, explain product features, and assist them in selecting the right motorcycle.
Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring a customer-first approach.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat and referral business.
Conduct test rides and ensure customers have a premium buying experience.
Collaborate with the marketing team for lead follow-ups and showroom events.
Maintain product knowledge on Triumph's range, finance options, and aftersales services.
Requirements
1-3 years of sales experience
, preferably in the automotive industry (two-wheeler/four-wheeler dealership experience is a plus).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for motorcycles and the automotive sector.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Ability to work under targets and deliver results.
