About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with 1-2 years of experience in individual lead generation and full-cycle sales. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and skilled at identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and closing deals to meet revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Engage with potential clients to present products/services effectively and convert leads into customers.
Manage the entire sales process--from prospecting to closing--with minimal supervision.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and after-sales support.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications & Skills
1-2 years of experience in lead generation and sales roles.
Proven ability to source, qualify, and convert leads independently.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Strong self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work onsite with a team.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
