Role Overview :



The Salesman will be responsible for promoting and selling occupational safety products (such as safety shoes, helmets, gloves, PPE kits, road safety products, fire safety items, and marine safety gear) to industrial, construction, and institutional clients. The role demands strong customer relationship management, order generation, and consistent follow-up to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and approach new customers in manufacturing, construction, marine, and institutional sectors. Present and demonstrate product features, advantages, and benefits to clients. Generate orders and meet assigned sales targets. Promote Sixguards' product range through industrial visits, exhibitions, and dealer networks. Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their safety requirements. Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support. Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, orders, and payments. Collect and report competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback. Suggest new product opportunities based on market demand. Maintain daily sales reports, customer visit records, and enquiry follow-ups. Update CRM/sales tracking sheets regularly.

Qualifications & Skills



Minimum:

Graduate/Diploma

in any field (preference for Marketing or Engineering background).

2-5 years of experience in sales

(preferably safety products, industrial goods, or B2B sales). Good communication and negotiation skills in

English and Malayalam.

Ability to

travel

extensively

across Kerala.

Self-motivated with target-driven mindset.

Compensation & Benefits



Fixed Salary + Attractive Sales Incentives. Allowances for Travel, Mobile, and Daily Expenses. Opportunity for growth into Senior Sales or Business Development roles.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
