Sales Executives
to join us in driving the solar revolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial solar projects.
Meet prospective clients, understand their energy needs, and provide tailored solar solutions.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product details.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Collaborate with the project and installation teams for smooth execution.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in Sales (preferably in Solar/Energy/Real Estate/Insurance/Telecom).
Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for sales are also welcome.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Must be open to field visits and client meetings.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace is an added advantage.
