Job Summary
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, driving car sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, in-depth product knowledge, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement
Act as the first point of contact for walk-in customers or inquiries.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and financing options.
Conduct test drives and product demonstrations.
2. Lead Management
Follow up on leads from online platforms, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Maintain and update a database of potential and existing customers in the CRM system.
3. Sales Process & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate prices, offers, and financing options to close deals.
Assist customers with loan, insurance, and registration processes.
4. Documentation & Delivery
Ensure accurate completion of sales paperwork.
Coordinate timely delivery of vehicles.
Explain vehicle usage, features, and service intervals to customers at delivery.
5. After-Sales Relationship Management
Maintain ongoing communication with customers for service reminders and feedback.
Handle queries and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Encourage repeat business and referrals.
6. Product & Market Knowledge
Stay updated on the latest car models, features, offers, and competitor products.
Attend training sessions on new models and sales techniques.
7. Reporting & Coordination
Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, service, and delivery teams for smooth operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in sales/marketing.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in automobile sales or a similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of cars, financing options, and current market trends.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Valid driving license.
