Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional service. Demonstrate and present products, helping customers find the right perfume. Invite customers into the outlet and build lasting customer relationships. Develop and arrange promotional materials and in-store displays. Support the Store Manager with stock management and daily operations. Conduct stock audits, DSR, and store closing activities. Place stock requests to Head Office, validate and receive stock deliveries. Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and adherence to SOPs. Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively. Work towards monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate sales and inventory records.

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience in the perfume/retail industry

. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent work ethic and time management skills. Well-groomed, professional appearance. Preference for candidates with

presentation skills

(comfortable appearing in company videos/promotions). Male and Female candidates welcome.
