We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Manager

with experience in the

educational sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the education industry, excellent relationship-building skills, and a track record of achieving sales and business targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities within the educational sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at educational institutions. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share for the company's products/services. Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. Collaborate with internal teams.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in business development or sales, with at least 2-3 years in the

educational sector

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Preferred Skills:



Experience working with edtech solutions. Existing network of contacts in schools, colleges, or education departments. Analytical skills for market and competitor analysis.
