2. Making fresh call' on daily basis

3. Enquiry: Generating 2 enquiries on daily basis and be responsible for keeping

commitmenls in a timely manner. Generate at least 40 Nos. of quality enquiries by conducting

displays, Field visits, Gioup demos, existing Customer lbllo.n up, Tele-calling, Genemting

refe.rals from other Employees ofBRD Group etc.

4. Enquiry Follow-up: Timely follow up of each enquiry generaled/referral received and recording

it. Feedback should be provided to the pe$on who provides you the referral properlv

5. Record Maintetrance: You are supposed to maintain DCR, Tracking cards, update your enquiries

r'n Team Leader's EBR plarner. A11 these records should be updaled daity. Tracking cards should

be kept in 3 fiies namely Closed, Live and Curent month.

6. Booking, Billing, Delivery: All the prospective enquiry Customers should be followed up

meticulously and conve(ed to booking. All booking cases should be followed up for their finance

anangement ,tnd get billed at the earliest. Aly part payment cases at the month end (Min I car

and Customer declaration is must) should be delivered by 15rn ofnext month. You should do the

MGA, MI, EW, and Finance: ln addition to achieving yoru sales targel, you are supposed to

promote MGA. M.I, EW Maruti Finance to all Customers.

Billing and Registration: You should ensure that the Iile sent for billing is properiy filled with

all reievant information.

9. Test driaes and Ilome visits: Maximum no. of enquiries shoukl be providecl with iest ddves

(coo.dinate with Test ddvEUR Co-o.dinator). Home visits should be done for all prospeclive

Customers within 2 days. Home visits and Test drive should be done for l00o/o Showroom walkin

customerc and referral cases.

10. Closing sales by building rapport with the potential Clients, clarilyirg on tLe benefits of BRD,S

solutjons and sen ice capabilities.

I L To carry out the 206 day home visit and hand over the delivery photogaphs to Customer.

12 Foilow up of existing customers for getttng leads

13. You must report to your Team Leader properly on daily basis.

14. To contribule infor,natiol to Team Leader regarding the strategies of co-dealers and competitors

from the field.

15. You are supposed to give commitmenl to Customers only after confirming with the responsible

person. AII commitments glven to Customer should be honou.EURd.

16. Conducting demos and displays 1br getting enquiries.

17. Accountable for Customer satisl'action and Foviding high qualitr service representing BRD.

18. Any other duties assigned to you by TL,tsM,ASM/ Str AGN4/ GM (Sales)/ GM_H.R &

AdminiCLo
