Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and support needs.
Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Business Development
Identify and pursue new clients and sales opportunities through networking and research.
Develop and execute strategies to expand market reach.
Collaborate with the sales team on campaigns, promotions, and events.
Product & Service Promotion
Educate clients about our construction products, services, and project solutions.
Present product demonstrations and tailored proposals to meet client needs.
Sales Process & Negotiation
Qualify leads and coordinate with internal teams for quotes and proposals.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close sales.
Ensure all deals comply with company policies and contractual guidelines.
Market Awareness
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
Provide feedback to management to improve offerings and strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
1+ year experience in sales, business development, or customer service (construction industry preferred).
Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and processes is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Target-oriented mindset with a proven ability to close deals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
