for

Hero Mobikes

at our Nadakkavu, Calicut branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable Hero two-wheeler models. Explain product features, pricing, and financing options. Generate leads through field visits, phone calls, and digital platforms. Follow up on inquiries and close sales. Coordinate with the delivery and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance. Stay updated with product knowledge, offers, and industry trends.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: Plus Two / Graduate (any discipline). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for sales and customer service. Two-wheeler license is a must. Basic computer knowledge. Freshers can apply; prior experience in automobile sales is an added advantage. Candidates from Calicut and nearby areas preferred.
