Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Executive
to join our
Insurance Division
. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of insurance products, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell life, health, and general insurance products to customers.
Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales data.
Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Participate in promotional activities and sales campaigns organized by the company.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in insurance sales or financial services.
Strong knowledge of insurance products and regulatory compliance.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Malayalam and English.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
