Job Description

The Two-Wheeler Sales Executive is responsible for selling motorcycles, scooters, and other two-wheeled vehicles to customers. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing product information, conducting test rides, negotiating prices, and closing sales. The Sales Executive is also responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring a positive sales experience, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales and Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Identify customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable two-wheeler models. Provide detailed product information, including features, specifications, and pricing. Conduct product demonstrations and accompany customers on test rides. Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints effectively and professionally. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Sales Process and Administration:

Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to final delivery. Prepare and process sales-related paperwork, including invoices, financing applications, and registration documents. Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sales issues. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records in the company database. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments (e.g., service, finance) to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.

Market Knowledge and Target Achievement:

Stay informed about the latest two-wheeler models, market trends, and competitor activities. Actively seek out new sales opportunities and generate leads through various channels. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.

Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a diverse range of customers.

Product Knowledge:

Strong understanding of two-wheeler models, their features, and technical specifications.

Negotiation Skills:

Ability to negotiate prices and terms to close sales successfully.

A genuine passion for helping customers and providing a high level of service.

Goal-Oriented:

A self-motivated and results-driven individual with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.

Driver's License:

A valid two-wheeler driver's license is essential for conducting test rides.

Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required; a bachelor's degree is a plus. Male Candidate Preferrerd.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
