Role Summary



We are seeking a

dynamic and proactive Sales Executive

who will be responsible for driving the

sale of residential units

at Wings Senior Living. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, customer-focused, and capable of handling end-to-end sales processes, including client visits, follow-ups, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities



Identify, qualify, and follow up with potential leads from various marketing channels. Conduct

property site visits

with clients and explain facilities, pricing, and benefits. Manage

daily calls and follow-ups

with leads through phone, WhatsApp, and email. Organize and support

promotional events and customer engagement activities

at the site or external venues. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the decision-making process. Work with the marketing team to execute lead generation plans. Maintain records of interactions and update lead status in CRM systems. Achieve monthly and quarterly

sales targets

. Coordinate with the sales head and attend daily/weekly team reviews.

Requirements



Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or senior living/residential property sales preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Malayalam and English. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle objections professionally. Must be willing to

travel locally

and conduct

on-site client meetings

. Must have a

two-wheeler and valid driving license

. Basic proficiency in using WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools.
