Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused

Sales Executive

to join our team at Seematti, Hilite Mall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a pleasant in-store experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets Maintain product knowledge to answer customer queries effectively Handle billing and returns efficiently using POS systems Ensure merchandise is displayed neatly and replenished as required Assist in stock management, inventory, and store cleanliness Address customer complaints and escalate when necessary Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales preferred (freshers can also apply) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for fashion and customer service Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work weekends and holidays Educational Qualification: Minimum Plus Two / Graduate

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
