Key Responsibilities
Territory & Route Planning
Define and segment assigned territory.
Plan and optimize daily/weekly customer visit routes.
On?Site Customer Engagement
Conduct facility walk?throughs to assess inventory needs.
Consult with maintenance and engineering teams to diagnose part requirements.
Sales & Demonstrations
Present and demonstrate spare parts, samples, and technical solutions.
Prepare and deliver accurate quotes; negotiate pricing and terms.
Order Management
Capture orders in CRM on?site; ensure accuracy of part numbers and quantities.
Coordinate with logistics to confirm delivery schedules.
Sample & Inventory Management
Maintain an on?board stock of high?turnover parts and demo units.
Replenish vehicle inventory based on usage and forecasted demand.
Emergency & After?Sales Support
Respond to breakdown calls; expedite urgent parts deliveries.
Handle RMAs, warranties, and technical troubleshooting.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Gather competitor and industry insights in the field.
Track and report KPIs: calls/visits, conversion rates, order values, fill rates.
Cross?Functional Collaboration
Liaise with procurement, product, and customer service teams.
Provide feedback for new part development or process improvements.
