Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to potential clients (corporates, small businesses, hospitals, educational institutions, etc.)
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Pitch Tidsol's services including:
Website development (Drupal, PHP, etc.)
Digital marketing (SEO, SMM, SEM)
Branding and eCommerce solutions
Maintain a daily visit and meeting log
Negotiate deals and close contracts
Attend networking events and local business expos when required
Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and client presentations
Provide post-sales support and collect feedback for improvement
Requirements:
Male candidates only (due to travel nature of the job)
1-3 years of proven experience in field sales or business development
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Malayalam + English required)
Ability to meet targets and handle client objections
Good understanding of websites, marketing, and tech trends
Two-wheeler license and personal vehicle mandatory
Basic knowledge of CRM or lead tracking tools is a plus
