We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Sales Executive

with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to business growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals. Maintain and expand the customer base by building long-term relationships. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services. Negotiate and close deals to maximize revenue. Maintain records of sales, revenue, and customer data using CRM tools. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events. Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Requirements

:

Minimum

2 years of proven sales experience

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
