Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling plywood products to dealers, builders, contractors, architects, and retailers. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region. Visit existing and potential clients to present plywood product offerings. Manage dealer/distributor relationships and ensure regular follow-ups. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical details to customers. Provide market feedback on pricing, competition, and customer needs. Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team to ensure timely product delivery. Maintain records of sales, collections, and customer communications. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns. Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Good communication and negotiation skills Strong product knowledge of plywood, laminates, veneers, or allied materials Goal-oriented and self-motivated Ability to travel extensively within the region Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (optional)

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
