Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell plywood and wood panel products. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge and experience in building customer relationships within the construction, interior design, or furniture sectors

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell plywood, laminates, and related wood products to dealers, contractors, architects, and interior designers. Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities in assigned territories. Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, competitor activities, and market trends. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotations, and proposals to clients. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company. Coordinate with the logistics and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline reports.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in plywood or building materials sales. Strong knowledge of wood-based products, applications, and market segments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
