Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for motorcycles and accessories. Identify potential customers and generate leads through various sources like walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms. Promote and upsell additional products like accessories, service packages, and merchandise.

Customer Interaction and Relationship Management:

Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing information about the brand, models, and features of the motorcycles. Conduct test rides for customers and offer personalized advice on bike selection based on their needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Product Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date with the latest product offerings, technological features, and industry trends of Royal Enfield motorcycles. Provide detailed information to customers about the specifications, features, pricing, and financing options.
