We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at

, a leading Builders. you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. This role is ideal for someone with a proven sales track record in the industry, strong communication skills, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Business Development:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects within the construction and architecture sectors.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge:

Provide clients with detailed information on the company's services, products, and project capabilities. Understand technical aspects of architectural and construction services to effectively communicate them to clients.

Market Research:

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new industry regulations to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Sales Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales leads, meetings, and customer interactions using CRM software. Prepare regular sales reports for management.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to ensure seamless project execution and high client satisfaction.

Customer Feedback:

Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products and services, and work with internal teams to address issues.

Qualifications and Skills:



Experience:

Not required, Must have good communication skill

Education:

Bachelor's degree

Sales Skills:

Strong sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Ability to close deals and manage client expectations.

Technical Knowledge:

Familiarity with construction processes, architectural design principles, and related technologies is an advantage.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.

Negotiation Skills:

Strong negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.

CRM Proficiency:

Experience using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads, and reporting.

Self-Motivated:

Ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve results in a competitive environment.

Collaborative attitude with a focus on team success and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
