Job Description

1. Study and Understand the product, model, price & trends

2. Follow all official instructions and orders of Showroom Manager that are necessary for the process of sales

3. Introduce different options of products based on the choices of customers.

4. Provide information about the different items/ materials their quality and their specifications.

5. Up sell the products to the Customers

6. Take the updations of inventory and always monitor the status of Stock availability.

CUSTOMER HANDLING



1. Attend the customers with warm wishes and smile. Always use 'Sir' or 'Madam' word for respect. Ensure that the customer is addressed by the sales executive within 10 seconds after he/she entered in the shop

2. Give a comfortable Feel to the customer. Ensure that the areas are neat and ready to display the items

3. Read customers at the first sight and ask about the preferences about the designs, model item etc... Display specific items each at a time for the customers

4. Explain about the price, quality, model and trends to the customer. Ensure that the customer is convinced and ready to make the decision.

4. Explain and Provide discounts and special offers as per the company norms and terms, try to convince them at the first attempt and close the deal for billing

5. Submitting the final estimate to the floor manager/ Showroom Manager for verification and approval

DISPLAY MANAGEMENT



1. Ensure that proper display management practices are applied in assigned sections as per the guidelines suggested

2. Responsible for displaying the materials in the assigned counters or sections

3. Arrange the sets based on FSN analysis provided by the Purchase Committee

4. Keeping current and low moving with the newest styles in display.

OPERATIONAL SUPPORT



1. Submitting the final bill to the Floor Manager/SM for verification and approval.

2. Counter Management - Daily stock & movement analysis

3. Provide training to Jr. Salesmen and Trainee salesmen whenever required.

4. Trend analysis & share the information with Showroom Manager

5. Inform purchase committee member about the customer queries.

6. Help the Purchase Committee for ordering & selection.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION



1. In case of any problem to the customers solve them in a friendly manner.

1. Maintain Good relation with Customer & Guide them to choose their requirements in comfortable way

2. Responsible for resolving the customer queries.

REVIEW & REPORTING



1. Sending daily Sales status report

2. Need to collect daily Stock/Inventory report

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
