Requirements:



MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Passion for sales, business development, and client relationship management. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus. Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:



Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and increase sales. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Assist in creating marketing strategies and executing campaigns. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends. Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and sales presentations. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Preferred:

Experience or internship in sales/marketing, preferably in a creative or digital agency, will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
