Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results driven sales person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of selling properties, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key responsibilities:



.Assist clients in buying properties .Generate and follow up on leads through networking, refferrals, and marketing activities .Conduct property showings and site visits .advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortages Stay up-to-date with local market trends, property values, and laws Maintaining a strong understanding of the company's property listings. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

Qualification



Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as a part of a team High level of professionalism and customer service focus Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
