Sales Excective

with a proven track record in

sales conversion

within the

Residential

Construction Field

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and converting leads into successful projects, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Conversion Client Relationship Management Sales Strategy & Planning Collaboration Reporting & Analysis Develop and manage a team of sales executives

Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5

years of experience

in sales or business development, specifically in the

construction

or

interior design

industry. Proven track record of

sales conversions

and achieving revenue targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Understanding of residential construction processes, materials, and project timelines.

Age Limit:

25-40 years.
