Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales leads, prospects, and business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Conduct regular client visits to pitch products/services, understand customer needs, and close deals.
Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to enhance client retention.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies.
Submit daily reports and maintain up-to-date records in CRM tools.
Key Requirements:
BBA or MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Preferred Skills:
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
