A. JOB TITLE: Sales Officer



B. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE/JOB:



To promote products and services to customers and negotiate contracts to maximize profits.

C. IMPORTANT JOB FUNCTIONS:



Candidate will be responsible to achieve pre-agreed sales targets and to maintain retailer/distributor relationships within an assigned territory. Visit the assigned market daily and punch orders in company specified application. Stay updated with industry trends; engage your customers, address their business challenges, and propose solutions. Achieve weekly and monthly individual sales goals. Develop a repeat-business customer base to regularly communicate upcoming events to increase sales. Ensure displays according to high quality/brand standard & guidelines. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. Ensure timely collection of payments for keeping receivables under control. Cross sell and upsell in all the category of products. New market development. Assemble stock according to the orders punched for delivery on daily basis post returning from the market.

D. FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES IF ANY:



Cheque and cash collection from retailers/distributors.

Graduation

G. SPECIALISED SKILL SETS:



Negotiation Skills Passion for sales Presentation Skills Spoken and written English 3 to 4 Years of Experience
