We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of kitchen hardware products, including hinges, drawer systems, cabinet fittings, and accessories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
:
Identify and visit prospective customers such as dealers, modular kitchen manufacturers, carpenters, and interior designers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers through presentations and product samples.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide accurate market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor activity to the management.
Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit limits for accounts.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns as needed.
Requirements
:
Minimum 1-3 years of field sales experience, preferably in building materials, hardware, or kitchen fittings.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Basic understanding of kitchen hardware products is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
