Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Identify and target potential customers such as hotels, restaurants, catering companies, food courts, and commercial kitchens in the Amritsar region. Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective clients and pitch kitchen equipment solutions (e.g., ovens, refrigeration units, dishwashers, cooking ranges, etc.). Develop strong relationships with chefs, purchase managers, and decision-makers to drive product placements and repeat orders. Demonstrate and explain product features, specifications, and benefits tailored to client needs. Negotiate terms of sales, close deals, and follow up on post-sale support and service coordination. Maintain and update the sales funnel, leads, and reports in CRM tools or Excel. Coordinate with the installation and service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to regional growth. Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, or marketing activities when required.

Key Skills Required:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven negotiation and closing skills Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus Self-motivated, target-oriented, and field-ready Basic understanding of kitchen appliances and equipment Familiarity with local Amritsar market and client network
