The Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales leads, closing deals, and assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties. They serve as the primary contact between the company and prospective buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new clients and sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits
Conduct property tours and presentations for potential buyers or tenants
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about available properties, pricing, and market conditions
Negotiate offers and close real estate transactions
Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for documentation and approvals
Maintain CRM records and prepare weekly sales reports
Attend industry events, property expos, and open houses to build brand presence
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Goal-driven, proactive, and client-oriented
Knowledge of local property laws and market trends
