Sales Executive / Key Account Manager

Industry:

Dairy / FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)

Location:

Rewari, Haryana (Candidates must be local or willing to relocate)

Experience:

3+ Years in Dairy/Milk Products Sales (Required)

Job Responsibilities :-

Target Focus (Mawa/Milk Products)

: Specifically leverage existing professional contacts to secure bulk orders for Mawa (Khoya) and other high-demand dairy items.

Sales Cycle Management:

Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and initial contact to negotiation, order finalization, and follow-up.

Relationship Building:

Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Penetration:

Aggressively identify and onboard new B2B customers, including

sweet shop owners (Mithai Shops)

, wholesalers, distributors, hotels, and restaurants.

Employee Profile

Experience:

Minimum of

3 years

of proven sales experience specifically within the

Dairy, Milk Products, or FMCG (food-related) industry.

Local Expertise & Contacts:

Must have

existing, verifiable connections

and a strong professional network with buyers of Mawa, Paneer, Ghee, and other milk products in

Rewari and the South Haryana region.

Dairy Product Knowledge:

Strong understanding of different dairy product specifications, quality standards, and the local market pricing structure.

Skills:

Excellent negotiation, communication (Hindi and basic English), and interpersonal skills.

Mobility:

Must possess a personal two-wheeler for local travel and be willing to travel extensively within the defined sales territory.
